Shot Putt LLC – Warranty & Return Policy

Limited Warranty – 90 Days

We warrant that our products (“Products”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, and only to the original purchaser (“Buyer”).

If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the Product. This is the full extent of our liability under this warranty. After the warranty period expires, all related obligations and liabilities shall cease.

We reserve the right to require proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

Please allow the Shot Putt Support Team 5–10 business days to review your warranty claim. You will receive an email from info@theshotputt.com indicating whether your claim has been approved. These messages may be directed to your spam or junk mail folders, so be sure to check those inboxes before following up.

If your claim qualifies, the next steps will be provided in the response email. The total expected timeframe for completing a warranty claim is 3–6 weeks.

What’s Not Covered

Shot Putt’s Warranty Policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Failure to follow care or usage instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., minor scratches, surface deformations, discoloration), including natural fading of colors
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs performed outside of Shot Putt Customer Support

Return Policy

At Shot Putt LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

How to Return a Product

Please include the following in your return package:

  • A copy of your original receipt
  • A brief note explaining the reason for the return
  • Your preference for a refund or exchange

Return Conditions

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., dissatisfaction or ordering errors) must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition, in original retail packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and instructions.
  • Used products or items not in original packaging will be considered non-returnable at the discretion of Shot Putt LLC.
  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria may incur a minimum $25 restocking fee or be refused altogether.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Freight-collect or C.O.D. packages will not be accepted.

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will either:

  • Issue a refund or store credit, minus any applicable fees and shipping charges
    OR
  • Exchange the product per your request
