1. How do I clean my Shot Putt flask?

Simple Cleaning:
Gently wash the flask using warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap. Use a soft sponge or bottle brush to clean both the inside and outside.

Air Drying:
After washing, leave the flask open and allow it to air dry completely. This helps prevent moisture buildup and unwanted odors.

Important:
Make sure all parts are fully dry before reassembling or storing the flask to avoid mold or mildew.

2. Does the O-ring need lubrication?

Yes! The O-ring should be lightly lubricated to maintain a proper seal and ensure smooth opening and closing. A small amount of food-safe silicone lubricant is recommended.
